Hotel foyer was attractive & staff welcomed us with refreshments. Room was spacious & had amazing views.. Had dinner in Blue on 17th floor which was delicious & also had stunning views. Breakfast buffet was varied & continuously topped up. We only stayed one night on our way south but hotel is in a gorgeous position & we had a very pleasant stay. Only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 was we had no internet in our room the following morning & had to sit downstairs in foyer to receive a signal.

Great stay. A real treat for us as my husband has just had the all clear to travel again after months of recovery from cancer surgery. We treated ourselves to a sea view suite - with amazing views, half board in the buffet restaurant was better than expected too.

We had a lovely stay in Lanzarote. The hotel is great, My only moan if was to be considered a moan is aren’t enough sun beds and the sun bathing area isn’t big enough which makes it feel inadequate and I little disjointed.

Great place, just three complains. The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

Love the eco friendly policies, reception was nice and I enjoyed the lift music. The service didn't feel like a 5*. No concierge for the bags, no welcome drink, no amenities in the room. The room was lovely and modern.
