The location of this property was fantastic - just a short walk in either direction to lots of restaurants and bars, and the beach directly opposite. The pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was quite a small corner room right by the elevator, so we were woken up most mornings by noise from guests and the cleaners. Because our room was so small, our heads were right by the wall so this was quite disturbing for us. We would stay here again but would request a bigger room further away from the elevator.

Wonderful Stay 5☆

We had a wonderful stay at the Grupotel Acapulco the service/staff are excellent .. friendly, helpful & very profesional. We had a side facing room with partial sea view & lovely balcony The food was delicious with so much choice. We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible. The only negatives were .. the room was rather small for a superior grade room & the hotel don't supply quality bathroom products ( shampoo conditioner etc) But everything else was perfect for us.

Der Aufenthalt war mittelmäßig. Das Personal, vor allem im Restaurant und an der Bar, war oft ruppig und unmotiviert. Alles musste immer sehr schnell gehen. Frühstück und Abendessen waren in Ordnung. Nach deutschem Maßstab eher ein 3 Sterne Hotel. Sauberkeit war ebenfalls soweit in Ordnung. Die Aussicht aufs Meer war sehr schön und die Lage direkt am Strand ebenfalls.

Sehr herzliches Personal und beste Lage

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, ist sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas eng von der Bestuhlung. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Betten gemütlich. Es gab sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk und eine Flasche Wasser am Zimmer. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Hotel super Lage

Eintolles Hotel. Sehr zu Empfehlen das Essen war Wunderbar und jeden Abend ein anderes Motto. Die Mitarbeiter alle sehr Freundlich. Ausser das der wein die ganze Woche über zu warm war. Die Zimmer sind eher klein aber genügen vollkommen . Werde wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

Wir waren als Gruppe von 4 jungen Erwachsenen in dieser Unterkunft und haben 4 angenehme Tage dort verbracht. Der Gesamtaufenthalt war gut, die Einrichtung des Hotels ist zufriedenstellend und die Lage am Strand - sofern man sich das wünscht - war perfekt, zumal sehr viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundherum gelegen sind. Nichtsdestotrotz gab es auch weniger berauschende Erlebnisse: Wir entdeckten am allerersten Tag direkt nach dem Check-in eine Kakerlake oberhalb vom Türrahmen und baten um Beseitigung was auch 3h danach nicht erledigt war und erst auf unser erneutes Hinwirken gemacht wurde. Am nächsten Tag erneut dasselbe Problem… Allgemein war die Sauberkeit eher unterdurchschnittlich. An einem späteren Abend haben wir an der Rezeption gefragt ob wir Wasser bekommen könnten (Nebenbemerkung: das Hotel verfügt über ein Restaurant, eine Poolbar und ein zusätzliches Bistro) und wurden mit der Aussage „das ist eine Rezeption und keine Bar“ weggeschickt. Aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Frechheit und alles andere als gästefreundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher eintönig und eher klein was die Auswahl betrifft. Beim Check-out wurde auch unsere Zufriedenheit nicht erfragt - für mich ebenfalls ein No-go. Alles in allem hatte man nicht das Gefühl, dass man den Gästen einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bescheren möchte. Man macht höchstens das Minimum, keine Rückfrage ob alles in Ordnung ist/war. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war nicht stimmig.

Der Zustand der Einrichtung entspricht nicht den Erwartungen eines 4☆ Hotels, vor allem bei den Zimmerpreisen. Die Möbel sind sichtbar in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben das erste Zimmer wechseln müssen, da wir von unangenehmen Gerüchen aus dem Abfluß belästigt worden waren. Der Zimmerwechsel verlief problemlos und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nichtsdestotrotz fehlte im zweiten Zimmer die Tür in der Dusche und die Minibar ging nicht zu, da der Kühlschrank nicht für die Möbel geeignet war. Alles in allem hätte ich mir in der Preisklasse mehr erwartet.
