「Beautiful hotel in Mallorca. The staff was friendly and the views were stunning. The spa services were great. The small downsides of the hotel include; the pools were cold and there are limited chairs around the pool, the ocean was quite rough where you can access it from hotel and we had little ants in our room. Other than that we loved our stay. The hotel is in a great location with mini markets/restaurants nearby and a 2€ bus ride into downtown Palma. 」

「The hotel was fabulous itself and the staff was so nice. The view from our suite was incredible, housekeeping went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable for us. Food on site was great we ate 3 dinners there and breakfast was included it was everything you could want. Now for the good to know: The area is a lot of partyers even tho they say it’s soundproof the rooms it’s not. We never felt unsafe and I ran every morning but it’s a lot of drunks 」

「A great hotel, and unusually for a city centre hotel there are three swimming pools and a roof top bar. The rooms were ultra cool and quiet for a great nights sleep. An excellent hotel right in the heart of the city.」

「We stayed here during our trip to Mallorca in August and it was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with anything we asked for or needed. The hotel was located on a quieter street but just a few minutes walking distance from all the restaurants and downtown Palma. The rooms were incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable!
