Very nice hotel in a quiet area, good base to explore Palma or the rest of the island but also good for chill-out at the nice pool, bar etc. Very frendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner, good gym... eventhough Germans like complaining, I can't think of anything to complain about 😀

I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Beautiful hotel. Mostly recommended for people golving. The rooms were nice, however the temperature was broken, so it was too warm in the room. Also the rooms are really noisy, you can hear all the sounds from other rooms or the restaurant downstairs.

Nice staff. Comfortable and nice resort. Some issues in kitchen. Evening food was not great. Some breakfast food was very good, at other times some elements poor. E.g. bread and pastries very good. Bacon/sausage poor. Some items missing due to ordering problems chef said.

Awesome hotel, good location for getting around. The service was great, food at the restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast buffet was one of the best with a wide variety of options and some things they change daily to keep it interesting. Free and easy parking too. Is the place I would stay for any future Mallorca trips.

The pillows stink of sweat - despite changing pillows and even rooms, this issue was consistent. Looking at other reviews online it seems others have raised this yet the hotel hasn’t changed the pillows - making the rooms feel dirty and sleeping in the beds massively unpleasant. The restaurant - as well as the pool bar - are hugely limited and very expensive eg 30 euros for tapas prawns. The food is also mediocre at best so doesn’t even earn the price tag. The hotel is was way more interested in hosting massive corporate events for large groups than the experience of the paying guests - we had to sit separately at breakfast, couldn’t get a table for dinner, couldn’t use certain parts of the hotel on certain days and had to put up with loud music in the evenings where they hosted parties. This is a beautiful hotel - but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Die Anlage an sich, der Pool, das Restaurant. Alles sehr schön. Frühstück sowie Abendessen sehr lecker. Leider sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Zudem werden häufig Familienzimmer (also Zimmer mit Durchgangstür zum Nebenzimmer) auch an nicht Familien vergeben. Durch die Tür kann man wirklich ALLES vom Nachbarzimmer 1:1 hören. Wir mussten daher aufgrund der Lautstärke das Zimmer wechseln. Im Gespräch mit anderen Gästen wurde schnell klar dass dies kein Einzelfall war. Quasi täglich stehen verärgerte Gäste mit gleichem Problem an der Rezeption. Sehr schade da das Hotel ansonsten sehr gut ist.
