「Wonderful, quiet location in the old town. Greeted by front desk staff Diego who was very helpful upon our arrival. Through out our stay, May was very helpful and professional, addressing any needs and providing useful local information. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning worked well. 「The hotel is in a beautiful location and very central to all the sights of Palma. The staff - from the front desk staff to the restaurant staff - are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are very well appointed and the breakfast is outstanding. The only disappointment is the swimming pool on the roof - it's really just a soaking pool - tiny and shallow.
