One night stay

I had a meeting at Palma airport so a quick one night stay. Hotel is clean and welcoming, nice pool area and really nice spa. Room was relatively basic but comfortable. The only thing which let it down was breakfast which wasn’t that great, but the food from the pool bar was ok. Really friendly staff.

Stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights. Arrived later than expected but it was an easy check in, friendly staff. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Ladies in room service in the morning are very friendly, very politely asked me if I wanted my room serviced, I didn’t until my third day and the lady cleaned it as I went to breakfast. Breakfast was very good, good assortment and options. Locations very close to the beach and great area, near bus stops to Palma center and airport. Would definitely stay there again.

Good accommodation close to the beach and the Arenal madness but still quite and sheltered at the same time. The kitchen is amazing and staff very helpful and friendly. I’d book this hotel again at any time.

Would recommend for a shorter stay ( 3-4days)

Overall I would recommend the hotel because the staff was amazing, nice pool, clean rooms, very good breakfast and there was bus (line 23) to city right outside and close by there was the airport bus. However the room was small and my husband always bumped in to the TV ( so glad it didn’t break) because everything was compact in the room. The was was not thick so you could here youngsters, the pillow was thin. Glad that they had duvet.

Very nice, affordable experience. Food was good, plenty of options and cuisines avaliable at breakfast and dinner. Staff were moslty attentative and polite. Rooms are very well designed and clean. Spa area and outside pool are well kept. Gym is very basic but pretty standard/accapatable for a hotel. Being a solo british traveller I was naive to the area being a hot spot for german travellers and party goers. But the hotel is well situated to travel to all the hotspots on the island.

Clean hotel, all staff excellent -polite and helpful Excellent breakfast and dinner buffets. A vast selection of foods to suit all tastes. Quiet location at night. Plenty of parking for a hire car close to the hotel. Pool and terrace areas kept spotlessly clean.

Short stay

We had a short stay when arriving late to Palma. 20 euros from airport to hotel and the ride was 7 min long. We slept well and large breakfast that had most things. 4 stars in 🇪🇸 but probably more a 3 star in rest of Europe.

Staff super friendly and location is quiet. I chose this hotel due to VIP access. However our rooms weren’t even on the same floor, i asked but receptionist said not possible. Also no room upgrade, No acknowledgment as Expedia VIP. I had to show proof that we were entitled to a free bottle of wine. We arrived at 1:00am and a cockroach welcomed us in the bathroom!!!

This was an interesting stay not realising the intimacy of the bathroom facilities. Hotel Room is petite with the wash basin being in the main room. The toilet and shower are just off the room with little privacy I was away with a friend and it’s a good thing we have been friends a long time as there was nothing that couldn’t be seen. Only a thin glass door separated you from someone on the toilet Breakfast choice was good and staff friendly

The hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted as we had to wake up early to fly back. The check in was quick and the staff were pleasant. We wanted to stay by the pool for an easy day but in mid April it was still too cold with not much sun as the pool is shaded by the surrounding building. Parking was free as it was by the roadside, easy to find spaces. The bed and pillows were hard and the blanket was thin, it could have been improved. The fridge in the room served its purpose but it was in a bad shape, dirty and wobbly. There was noise pollution from the street in the middle of the night with cars revving up as if they were racing. Would have appreciated thicker windows/doors. Check out was easy and quick.

The hotel is about 5-10 mins walk from the beach area which was perfect for us. #23 bus directly opposite hotel (every 30 mins) or #25 (every 10 mins) from the street parallel to beach to Palma. 2E in cash, no cards. Taxi from airport around 20E. The rooms are modern and bright - the sink being in the room was a pain though. Our pool view room was right in a corner meaning the balcony looked onto other rooms rather then being more private - we did get moved room without fuss which was appreciated. All staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool area was lovely and we never had an issue getting a lounger (either at 1030 or later around 1530) but it did get busy at times. The food truck was nice for lunch and I thought the prices were all v reasonable. There were few children - my daughter at 11 was the only one at the pool one day! - but that suited us perfectly. A few groups of lads/girlie trips but nothing raucous. When going down to the beach area turning left leads to Arenal which is the party zone, but towards the right was a bit quieter. Plenty restaurants to choose from. We were room only but paid one day for breakfast in hotel - it was nice and plenty choices. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would def consider this hotel again when coming to Palma. PS I’m positive the Expedia website said there was a swim up bar and mini golf - we found no evidence of either 😂 although there was waiter service round the pool.
