"First let me start by saying be careful with the fees after checking out!!! I was accused of smoking in the room and charged $381.50. I don't even smoke and no one smoked in the room!!! When I checked out they told me my charges were the resort fees thats it. I checked my email after a few days later and received the final bill and noticed I was charged not once but twice totaling $763 smoking fee which is INSANE!! I called the hotel to dispute the charge good luck because it took several attempts to speak to a live person. No one answers the phone! After 1 hour of calling I was told to send an email which I did and they are accusing me of smoking and refused to remove the charges. Again I don't smoke so to be accused and charged a ridiculous fee twice is extremely frustrating! It took forever for them to clean the room. I had to request for the body wash to be replaced and I had sent a message via text, and I informed the front desk at 10am. When I returned to my room around 4pm it was still not replaced. They need to do better at cleaning their AC vents and rugs because I started sneezing and coughing from the moment I entered the room and that only happens when the hotel doesn't do a good job about cleaning their vents and rug. I regret staying here to celebrate my birthday. I should have stayed at an Airbnb and helped the locals instead of a hotel who accuses you of smoking and are sneaky about charging fees once you've checked out!"

"Great location. Walked to many restaurants. Loved how it was right on the beach. The pool was never busy and it was not hard to find a chair. The pool could have been cleaned more though. Fernando, at the towel area, was the best! He made our stay so much more enjoyable. Hotel food and drinks were a little pricey, but that’s expected. Closest to the airport so expect to hear planes while outside, but it didn't bother us at all. Overall, great place to stay and we would stay here again."

"Aquarius Vacation Club in Dorado was so nice! Located about 15 miles from the airport in San Juan, expect an Uber to cost between $30 and $90 dollars (US) depending on the time of day you arrive for transport, something the hotel does not offer. The amenities are good; poolside bar and grille, beach access, restaurants, casino and small gift shop on premises. My only issue was that housekeeping didn’t come to my room once during my six day stay. And the bathroom had zero counter space for toiletries, and there was no soap dish inside the shower. No shampoo or conditioner was furnished by the hotel. The room had a full size fridge, pots and pans, dinnerware for four, stove top, oven, microwave and coffee pot. Plenty of options nearby for ordering food/groceries delivered to the lobby. Being partially disabled, I was able to make my way around the resort with no issues and only having to navigate a few stairs. Planning on returning with my siblings next year."

"Breakfast was freshly made to order. Evening reception was a little off but I'm comparing it to the older version. Still good. Staff was very friendly. Pool was very nice. Location was just perfect for this trip. I plan on returning."

"Room was clean, shower door had defects that caused a lot of water to accumulate on the floor during showers. Staff was kind and polite and pool and hot tub was amazing. Parking was outsourced but it was fair and a lot of parking available. Had great restaurants on the premises and great places in walking distance to the hotel. Great stay would definitely recommend. "
