"This is a fun old-timey hotel right in the center of Durango- we liked it because it was Kitschy and fun. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and large, and the shower was fine. The breakfast was very basic-- like what you would get at a Holiday Inn Express. They did have coffee on each floor though, which was nice. "

"I was looking for a low-cost place to sleep for one night that was clean and comfortable. Although my room are very small, it was clean and John at the front desk could not have been nicer. "

"Unusually nice casino hotel. In Ignacio, CO just outside Durango and nearby Bayfield. Beautiful rooms, upscale steak house, nice people on staff. My only suggestion would be to add car valets and a bell staff. As of now, you’re on your own. But with plenty of rolling luggage carts, elevators etc. so you’ll get by! Best of all… spectacular indoor pool, jacuzzis, fountains, “bubble benches”… you won’t believe your eyes! Great! Highly recommended. "

"Staff was really friendly. Had a few small issues. Within a few minutes of letting the front desk know about them, the maintenance man had them fixed. "

"All the good things about camping, without the actual camping! The bed is comfy, the shower warm, and the electric kettle all we needed for hot drinks in the morning. This place is lovely, quiet, and literally within stumbling distance of Durango hot springs. The food trucks there are the real thing if you need dinner. And you can even have a campfire if you want. The windows and skylights are a neat touch and add to the ambiance. "
