Really did like the hotel. The room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was good. There was one hitch. Saturday morning they were short staffed and the woman who was on was doing everything. Then one of the guests who apparently could not read, disabled the pancake machine. It could not be repaired at that time so no one else got pancakes.

The staff was very helpful..recommended some great places to eat dinners and dessert places. They also have a chef for the breakfast....it was fantastic!!! Room was very clean and even though the hotel had a ton of people there, it was very quiet in our room.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
My room was not clean. A beverage had been spilled on the bedside table nearest the window and not wiped up. It was sticky. The ice bucket had standing water in it. The bathroom was clean. It would take so little effort and expense to laminate the TV listing since my pages had been written on by a previous guest. Breakfast was adequate.
