「The property had a great location with architecture and vibe reflecting Key West "Old Town" well. We very much liked the staff, especially Roman who was engaging and helpful. There were two negatives: a very small room given to us at a very high price and no parking is available to guests on the property. Expedia should be more clear about the lack of parking available for guests. We were lucky to have nearby street parking but we dared not move our car while staying in town!」

「Room was very clean,well furnished and staff were all very friendly. This was our 6th time staying here and it never disappoints.」

「Shops nearby. Pool area beautiful, quiet and lovely. Only one night stay so did not use. Valet parking was a plus since parking is difficult and metered. Nightly entertainment on rooftop bar where you can also people watch. Room lovely and bed comfortable. Furnishings could be a little more functional than decorative.」

「Some idiot locked the dead bolt lock on the white gate we had know way to get in. And don't bother calling the phone number on the wall by the room door, nobody will call you back ever. So the location is good but the rest not so much 」

「Pool is too small, no parking, outside business hour, we can’t get any breakfast, it said historical hotel, but building and interior don’t match architectural look and feel, It cost over $600 per just a night is not worth it.」
