「The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I love the way you choose your breakfast and they bring it to you at our table. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. Without a doubt I will return.」

「The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again.」

「We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!」

「This is a great place for couples. The pool and hot tub are amazing. I was little disappointed not to get the porch swing room with the upstairs balcony but I know next time. Bed could use an upgrade but overall the because place to stay.」

「The stay here was pleasant & quiet. We stayed in room 5. It was small but cute. The shower will take a long time to heat up, and the toilet sits very low to the floor. There are not many outlets in this room and the one by the chair and bathroom door dosent work. We had also anticipated using the pool during our stay, but it was not running and dirty the entire week. Kind of bummed about that.
