"Staff were all amazing, easy check in, with a wrist band that we really liked. No searching for room card. Easy walking through the main streets. There was a lot of sargassum in the ocean front but, Mother Nature, nothing they can do about that at the resort. I like to take a dip in the ocean but, we couldn’t this trip. The Shore pool could use some updating or renovation, It’s looking dated. We upgraded our room and had the breakfast included. Very nice and I always love a fresh omelette. We enjoyed our stay."

"The location was perfect for our trip. The site is central on Duval St within easy walking distance to the Southernmost Point on the Atlantic side and Mallory Square on the Gulf side. Also close to Hemingway House, Lighthouse and many restaurants and bars. Noise level at night varies based on room location. The rooms overlooking the pool area seemed to be fairly quiet from overnight street noise. Everything worked in our room, however, could use some updating. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here again."

"Stayed at Casa Marina in Key West and overall had a great experience. The property itself is very nice, well maintained, and definitely one of the better resorts on the island. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and it really felt like the hotel has a renewed focus on customer service. Staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. The resort is a little overpriced, but that tends to come with the territory in Key West and for the quality/location it was still worth it. One thing to be aware of is the seagrass season. The seagrass buildup did impact swimming at the beach during our stay, so it’s worth checking the time of year before booking if beach swimming is important to you. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would definitely consider coming back."

"This is a beautiful tropical property, along with being quaint. We loved being able to walk and ride bikes to many places but still in a quiet area. Every one of the staff are very nice and pleasant. Sonya at the front desk is outstanding!"

"The location of this hotel is more than excellent- and for its age is maintained well! With a breakfast and a happy hour and and a pool and hot tub - awesome! Parking is always an issue in this area of key west (30 dollars for overnight at the hotel and 37 for overnight in city lot parking practically next door if needed.) Pricy but somehow seems reasonable. Just being here makes it worth it for me."
