"Place is always clear and the staff is always accommodating"

"The AC wasn’t on in our room when we checked in - and it was HOT - so it took quite a while for it to be comfortable for our dogs (and us humans). The on-demand water heater didn’t work for us, and I followed the instructions. The weird car key policy… it would be ok for the front desk to hold our jeep keys if the desk was manned 24/7, but the hours aren’t 24 hours. Also we were thinking about meeting friends in the middle keys and leaving very early but without our keys, that didn’t happen. The property is pretty and quiet, room size was great, loved the pool and location - but some things just were “off”."

"The rooms are nice. We like the continental breakfast before we head to the close by beach. You can get passes for a beach chair and towels. We like the convenience of the location. The only thing we didn't like is that the pool closest to our room was locked before the actual time, but we were able to go to the other pool. There was also an very early morning truck that emptied a dumpster. The staff was nice and we were able to leave our luggage after check out, because we had a late ferry trip."

"This was our very first day there and it was fabulous. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Key West, clean and neat, staff very, very helpful. Make sure if you’re handicap that you book on the bottom floor because the stairs are quite steep and there are no elevators. The exercise was good for me. Have a great day."

"You will not find a cleaner, well maintained hotel in Key West than this one. The continental breakfast is unmatched and has everything known to man for a fantastic breakfast. The pool is small but adequate and the hot tub could be a touch more inviting but we are so glad we picked this hotel. Thank-you Orchid Key Inn"
