Just relaxing on the boat watching the scenery and enjoying the manatees was perfect The boat was very comfortable with everything you need Only negative was the noise at night ( between delivery truck at Publix and the rooster, we also had a little bit of a sewer smell , as they had just pumped out the boats) All in all a very positive experience and a beautiful setting 」

「This place needs an overhaul in every way imho. Avoid cabin 14, shared entryway with another unit. Only 'sink' is in the bathroom, and it needs an update. Odd layout, wi-fi is shaky. Every morning about 630 off to Dunkin' donuts half mile away after I Walk right by the main bar area with a big coffee maker sittin there not on yet. 'Hostess' real sweet, tries hard but no habla ingles. Website did not say a room coffeemaker was included so we did not bring our own. The mirror is not above the...

「Clean room, nice staff. Crowded breakfast, not too many options, but ok. Waffle machine was really nice, kids loved it!」

「Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.」

「Beds were not comfortable at all. Not enough pillows. Many of the staff didn't speak good English. Spa was closed cause they dont have anyone to work there. Restaurant was good with great service.」
