「This stay was perfect for what we needed which was a bed for a night. It offered free breakfast so we could get on our way taking the slow drive to Key West. The rooms needed some maintenance, handles in the bathroom were loose and there was a large seam exposed in the floor across the entire room. We had a reservation for 6 people and there were only 4 towels and no sheets in the room for the pullout on arrival. The staff was aware we were checking in late and assured us they are open 24 hours...

「We had an amazing time, and enjoyed our stay. Place is beautiful, staff is friendly and so accommodating! Didn’t know the Palm Deck and tiki bars and Rhum House had limited hours. They weren’t open at all our first couple days, and didn’t open until after 5 the last day there. If this was advertised I missed it. That’s the only thing I would change, having a bar on the property open more hours. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay here!」
