Unfortunately, this property is in very poor condition and needs significant maintenance and renovation. One of the biggest concerns was the door leading to the parking/outdoor area. There was a large gap of approximately two inches between the bottom of the door and the floor, big enough for insects or even small animals to potentially enter the room. I actually had to use towels to block the opening, which is something no guest should have to do. The room itself felt very worn and outdated. The bed and bedding appeared old, and the bedspread even had cigarette burns on it. Most concerning, I found insects around the bed. I cannot say whether they were bed bugs because I couldn’t identify them, but I did get bitten during my stay, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the property needs serious attention when it comes to maintenance, cleanliness, and the condition of the rooms. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not stay here again. The person in the office was really friendly and kind.

Great place to get into, fit a full size truck to park and had room to park a boat also if i would've brought mine. Friendly staff, clean rooms ac worked as it should. No pool but who needs a pool when you're that close to the ocean and in paradise. Very relaxed and private atmosphere

The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters.

The office has limited hours, but the man who checked us in was nice. The room really really needed a good sweeping and cleaning. It was okay for a one-night stay, but I would not have wanted to stay here for a week.

Affordable place on the water in the area. Do not expext clean or up to date. Very private and worth thr money if you arent looking for something fancy but meeds your 'outdoor and view request". Could use updated beds and another set of pillows. 1 flat pillow per person is not enough. Overall, great stay and the office manager was helpful.
