The parking area is huge compared to the number of rooms for rent. Only met the property manager on check-in. Very nice. Has lived in the Keys for over 40 years. The window A/C was very strong and lound for the small space. The room was small but included 2 very nice bed end tables, TV, Refrigerator, but no freezer, round table and chair and of course a TV. The tiled floor was a nice touch. Very clean. The buildings a spread far enough apart you don't hear much from the other renters.

Affordable place on the water in the area. Do not expext clean or up to date. Very private and worth thr money if you arent looking for something fancy but meeds your 'outdoor and view request". Could use updated beds and another set of pillows. 1 flat pillow per person is not enough. Overall, great stay and the office manager was helpful.

The room needs Cleaning and repair also towels are descasten they are rugs, we have 2 crabs in the room and have to go to the store to get a couple of pillows because the one in the room were very flat. We will never stay there again EVER

ac was good rooms clean, however if you own a boat & are going fishing don't launch on marthon Island, 70$ to go on marthon, go south to big pine, free to launch. watch out for rip offs on marthon including this motel!

Unfortunately, the whole time we were here we were ready to not be in the room because of the state of it. It had very clearly not been swept or mopped out in the bedroom and bathroom area (there was hair and food pieces all over the floor) and they forgot to leave us towels and soap. I think there wasn’t soap or towels because the room hadn’t been actually cleaned yet. The air conditioning was fantastic and parking right outside the room is nice. These are the only positive things I can say though.

Based on reviews,Im not sure what people expect from a $99 a night in the keys.. Its a low cost Motel not the Hilton. The good.. private and large size rooms, office gentleman made check in quick and easy. Outdoor is well kept and nice looking. The bad.. obviously a run down place where low or none maintenance it's done, not well kept cleaning wise but it looks worse than what it is because it's all old and not well maintained But again...$99 night in the keys...

Bed was horrible and thin. Ceramic tile floor and a metal bed frame. Scarped the floor every time we moved. Window painted over. Blind fell down and hit me in the head.
