We had a wonderful stay the room was beautiful a newly updated bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. The heated pool was so enjoyable upon arrival and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We always recommend Alexander palm Court to anyone that’s staying in Key West and enjoy staying there ourselves.

The room was very clean except the blinds need to be replaced. Looked dirty and moldy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area is beautiful. The location is excellent for the beach and restaurants. It was a little further walk to Duval than we were expecting but still ok. We would stay there again.

Cons: The property inside the unit was okay. The sink in the kitchen reminded me of a sink you would have in your basement, the oven is tiny, there were tiny bugs all over the kitchen, and the only tv was 30 inches and didnt work. Pros: The pool was very nice, it was heated, there were towels, suncreen, and water available. The staff was friendly, accomodating to our needs, and responsive over text. The bed and the futon were comfortable. Check-in and check out were both very easy.

Staff great, location great, room in great need of renovation. Peeling plaster, tiny bathroom with folding door that would not close, shower/tub tile grout black in lower half. Amenities all there as advertised but old. Weather during our stay very cool and heat provided was small electric portable heater. Room was clean and pool area very pleasing.
