From the start, the owners treated us like kings and queens helping us with a room upgrade, breakfast and a happy hour daily. Very accommodating and friendly. Not a chain type business but owner occupied. The location was 1 block from Duval Street which was easy. Could not have been any better.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, the villas are beautifully maintained with great attention to detail, and the location is perfect and just steps from the heart of Key West yet peaceful and relaxing. Quiet and peaceful.

Traveling solo, the room was just the perfect size. The entire grounds were immaculate. The location was midway to Duval street. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

This was a GREAT place to stay! The proprietors were friendly and the room was wonderful. We had the pool and hot tub just outside our door. Continental breakfast, free snacks and sodas all day and then a free happy hour. What more could you ask for?! Will definitely be back!! Almost forgot .. Kevin made shots of the day to start happy hour every day too!
