We enjoyed our stay here. The room was on the bottom floor and right near the pool. The location is the best! Parking is available at the hotel. Not very many spots but we got one and walked everywhere. Scooter rental place is super close. You must try breakfast at Blue Heaven or the Crepe place across from Blue Heaven. We ate at Sloppy Joe’s which was good also. Fishmonster fishing charter was a lot of fun and I found the tickets off of Groupon. Book the back of the boat it is well worth it!

The pool loungers were awesome and it was great having towels for the pool and rooom self service. You are right downtown in the middle of everything so yes there's going to be noise but we had no problem sleeping and felt very safe in the area! We will definitely be back!

The poolside seating was very nice. It was very comfortable. It was a nice being able to grab extra items if needed beside the washer and dryer. Our room even came with Tide Laundry Detergent and extra pool towels. We would definitely stay here again! It was so convenient to everything on Duval Street.

Check in was super easy. The pool was super fun, guest interactions were great. Bed was comfy, and clean. The property and amenities are very good. The onsite bar was closed, and the bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner but overall a great stay.

Very close to everything on duval street very smooth check in and communication huge shower and room we stayed in a classic king and very reasonable on the price separate area/sink for the wife to do her hair and makeup, free washer and dryer with supplies to do your laundry, lots of clean towels available, didn’t lack for anything, already booked for next year.

Although I gave it 5 stars, wanted guests to know it states pool is heated and it is not. Also parking is NOT guaranteed it’s first come first serve. No staff on premises but responded quickly to emails. Cute rooms , very clean and safe.

Check in was tough as one of our rooms was not as advertised and in poor condition. As we checked in after 6 o’clock, the representatives on the hotel hotline, we’re not able to help us. However, the next morning Anthony, one of the hotel, managers, made things right and we ended up having a wonderful time at the hotel with friends and family. The hotel has a great location and is steeped in history. We would stay there again.

This place is a gem. It is so nice and close to everything, yet hidden. The accommodations were so nice. We loved this place. I would highly recommend, and we will keep this place on our list for future rentals.
