「We loved it here! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was great but it didn’t have a lot of storage for our longer stay. We would choose this location again but would book a King deluxe room. We walked everywhere as it was all super close. We are going to return」

「We have been to Key West 8 times and have stayed at a few different places. The Conch House Heritage Inn was the best, without a doubt. Sincerely nothing could’ve been better we had the Best Continental Breakfast ever, the Coffee was great. Staff so welcoming and gave us a tour upon check-in (that’s never happened anywhere before) Clean, Comfortable, Relaxing and top notch All the way. 「Nous ne sommes pas rester au Tropical Inn et n’avons pas pu être remboursé. La chambre était très petite et aucunement rénovée. Très loin de la photo que l’on voit. Elle était très bruyante puisqu’elle était située dans un corridor où tout le monde doit passer. La propreté est difficile à évaluer puisque nous ne sommes pas rester mais les draps étaient tachés et la jupe lit déchirée et tachée aussi. On nous a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de stationnement pour cette chambre alors que c’était...

「The room was clean. The breakfast was limited to yogurts, fresh pastries, hard boiled eggs, juices, coffee, bagels and was good and fresh. We did not hear any noise from other guests or from street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was ice cold when we arrived and we had to move it up a few degrees. Highly recommend this house.」

「The property is very well maintained considering its age, and the location is perfect—just steps away from Duval Street and the harbor. I deducted one star because, given the traditional style of the house, it lacks impact-resistant windows to block out noise, and the roosters woke me up very early. Overall, however, we were very pleased and recommend the property; the neighborhood itself is an attraction.」
