「The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again.」

「The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.」

「Great location. The continental breakfast was helpful in saving time and money going elsewhere since we were just doing a long weekend and trying to get a lot of activities into a short trip. Room needed some repairs and maintenance. Mainly sloppy workmanship like paint on the floors making them appear dirty, shower head loose behind tile, etc. All the rooms in KW have gotten expensive and you'd think at the higher price points there would be a bit more attention to detail...」
