「The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and were able to check into our rooms. Rooms were clean and well decorated with plenty of space to relax. Of course, we were close to downtown and easy to walk to our destinations. Über was also available when needed. Very nice swimming pools with beautiful trees, flowers that created a nice atmosphere to relax and enjoy ourselves. Definitely will go again.」

「We had a lovely 2 night stay in the Boca Grande room. The room and property were clean and comfortable - great AC! The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, but a bit on the small side. We also really enjoyed using the pool. The hotel is within a few block walking distance of Duval Street and other local attractions. Parking is easy and affordable compared to other hotels in the area. I’d highly recommend the Conch Heritage Inn!」

「This is clearly a very old property, which isnt the fault of anyone's. However, the A/C in the room which is MANDATORY if you want to sleep is so dang loud, you cant sleep. So what do you do... the rooms are TINY TINY. The pool was pretty dirty, we wanted to go in but decided against it. It didnt feel like a resort in any sense of the word...which it doesnt fancy itself like that I get but, its pretty rundown if im being honest. Staff is super chill, friendly, helpful as they could be.」
