"Location of the hotel was great very close to the trains. The staff offered some of the best service I’ve had in a while. Took receipt of my luggage early so I could explore and delivered it to my room before I came back ! Very friendly. Foreigner friendly spoke English.self service amenities in the lobby. "An above-average business hotel near Ikebukuro JR station. The basic rooms are pretty small, but the larger two-twin bed rooms and two-twin couch rooms are closer to what you might expect in a European or American budget hotel. Location is convenient, but definitely still has a touch of the red-light-district after dark. Still very safe though. Denny's downstairs is convenient for tourists but I beg you, do not eat there, there are two dozen better options within 5 minutes walk."
