Centrally located in the heart of Shinjuku. Super easy to go anywhere. We did the breakfast buffet every morning and the r food was amazing. Hotel sits on top of a train station and we could barely hear the train. 7-11, Family mart and Lawson super close by. Only complaint is they don’t have a gym or a pool. But over all a great value.

Staff was very courteous. Location was amazing, close to Shinjuku station, local metro, shopping, and eating. There is so much to explore around the area. We are able to spend the day at other areas of Tokyo and return to the hotel to rest. All you have to do is go downstairs and is only a block away from Kabukicho street with all the buzz and restaurants. If you want a quieter dinner, they have an underground mall right next door with lots of restaurants.

This is a beautiful hotel with a great lounge that had a fabulous array of snacks and drinks. The staff are wonderful and very attentive. We could it use the pool because we have tattoos so that was disappointing and will, sadly, prevent us from staying here again.
