「Excellent」

「The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view. The room could use some TLC-the tv was in and out, the mattresses are hard, and we had to call maintenance a couple times. The food was just okay and the classic dishes at the ala carte restaurants are...

「Our flight was delayed and didn’t get the opportunity to call the property. Make sure you contact the property or they will cancel your reservation. That is the one thing I don’t like. They should find a way to fix that. The front desk were helpful and able to accommodate us. I love this property, I’ve been there several times. This experience wasn’t the best but overall, but I enjoy going there. The other property I enjoy is Coco La Palm. I’d recommend these properties to anyone.」

「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」
