「Finding the location from the montego bay airport was not difficult. The reception was wonderfully warm. Dinner is available but you have to notify Andrea (owner)before hand. The cook was very hospitable. We will definitely return to this establishment and recommend it to our friends and family.」

「The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.」

「Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person. After all the back-and-forth the front desk, then told us that nobody was allowed to come on the resort because they are at...

「Beautiful resort! But… it needs much improvement. If your (African American) this property will not cater to you at all. I had to call on many different occasions to clean the room or ask for towels. Some staff were semi aggressive from asking basic things. Having traveled to other countries, we’d expect vacation service, not al la carte service as everyone expected a tip for basic things. Don’t think I would take my family here again. It’s also very far from the airport. 」
