This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at. The trip could not have gone better. The resort itself is so clean and well kept. Every staff member helps in every way possible and everyone is just overall so friendly. The rooms are beautiful, we did stay in a signature bungalow but I promise you won’t regret it paying for it and all the amenities that follow the signature package as well. We enjoyed this vacation so much and the resort that my fiancé and I have decided to go back there to the resort to get married. If that doesn’t say something! We are very picky when it comes to resort, cleanliness and a big one is making sure these humid places don’t have mold in the rooms and no where on this resort had any mold. So beyond please.

Really enjoyed our stay! The staff were excellent; both professional and friendly Loved our room and the staff left a lovely towel decoration every night! Views were beautiful with a number of activities. Restaurants were nice. The spa was awesome! The only negative is that the food was good, not spectacular. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at this resort. Many options for food. The food was very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was excellent and would recommend.

Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day.

The signature level made a big difference. Staff friendly outdoor shower was amazing. The biggest down side is the food; there are times of the day no restaurant is open and they is tough for late arrivals and morning sleepers.

Everything was perfect up until the day of my wedding. My wedding was off the resort. The morning of my wedding they would not allow my makeup artist or photographers on. The day before I verified with them if it was OK and they said yes I need to pay for a day pass. The morning of they said no day passes available and that I have to pay a vendor fee of $800 per person. After all the back-and-forth the front desk, then told us that nobody was allowed to come on the resort because they are at capacity. Again, I verified with them on multiple occasions days leading up to the wedding and was told something else. This caused an extreme inconvenience for me and I was not able to get my make up done at the resort. I couldn’t get ready for my wedding at the resort. I had to leave. This was an extreme headache the day of my wedding and I will never be back. I was supposed to take my bridal Photos at the resort and couldn’t do it. Absolutely horrible experience

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience! I highly recommend The Signature Level at Grand Palladium! The perks are well worth the extra price! From allowing access to the wellness facilities to the premium drinks and private beach made for a stress free vibe! I’ll be booking a solo trip after I finish this review!

Resort was beautiful, beaches and large pool. Check in was a disaster over 2 hrs waiting and being told I can't be helped to then be told I needed to go to a different check in for signature. Service was hit or miss, sometimes good and nice, sometimes just awful and careless. Sometimes our room was cleaned and a cute decoration, sometimes only the bed was made and garbage wasn't even changes. Food was average, was really disappointing and got food poisoning. Drinks were not the greatest either. Entertainment was good, but very basic. Nice to relax, but average at best

Despite the hurricane’s initial impact, construction activities continued unabated. During our stay, we were deprived of essential amenities such as air conditioning and cable television. Furthermore, we were deceived into attending a consultation regarding a timeshare membership. This was orchestrated by the hotel staff, who had initially invited us to a complimentary breakfast and tour of the property. However, their intentions were solely commercial, as we were being targeted for a sales pitch. Overall, the property has amazing views, but we were not aware of some hidden parts of the property until the last day. And even after complaining to multiple staff members about our issues, nothing was resolved or addressed.
