「1. First of all I chose their property to celebrate my 25th anniversary and requested some decoration in the room . They said yes. Upon arrival nothing was done in the room . Very frustrating to see this happened. When asked , they simply said - oh! The housekeeping must have forgotten . It shows they don’t care abt guest experience , no attentiveness and no courtesy! Atleast they could have said - ok we can do something later . But No Nothing !!! 2. No towels in the room upon check-in....

「Everything was AMAZING!! A 5 star rating in my book. My ONLY complaint is, if checking starts at 3 p.m then please have the front desk fully staffed when visitors arrive. We’re tired and stressed out. Other than that, hardest working staff I’ve ever seen and they were VERY professional. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll spread the word 🇯🇲💕」

「This was a nice affordable all-inclusive resort in Jamaica! The property was clean, they provided lots of games and different activities to do along with a pass to go to the beach across the street for free while staying at the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. My only complaint was my room we did not have any shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc within the room and whenever we took a shower the water did not go down for hours within the tub.
