beautiful resort; however, the buffet and bar food were terrible, and everything was watered down, including guac. The restaurants were really good, though. Some staff looked unsatisfied to be there, made it a bit uncomfterble.

The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable

Staff was friendly, room was clean when I got it. However the lack of regular cleaning service is not ideal. Room only gets cleaned every three days and only if you ask. There's no food on the premise so you'll have to buy outside of the property.
