The room was clean and what was expected. We had a adjoining room, however the other room was occupied by a different party and not part of our group. Unfortunately the walls and doors are thin and sound escapes. Sadly they were extremely loud. But we made the best of it, as we weren't there to stay in our room. Overall the staff were friendly, accommodating and hospitable.

A great value for the location. The room was big compared to other comparably priced room with a large beach location. It's reasonably quiet at night and I look forward to coming back!

My stay at this property was good the use of kettle microwave and fridge are very handy its clean and very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk from town centre. I would stay here again.

Beautiful clean property the chef cooks very good.. pool needs some paint .. otherwise this place is amazingly beautiful and on the beach just don’t expect anything fancy.. it’s simple and easy .. definitely a vibe I’ll be back!

Before checking in on Wednesday i wanted to check out because of the staff at the front desk. When i got to the room it was nice and clean. Staff came on friday to clean the room,we only had 2 towels and they took it and didn’t replace any towels, there was only a half roll of toilet paper when we got there on Wednesday evening and it was all gone before the room was cleaned,They did not replace the toilet paper at all.. That friday i left the resort and when i came back that night is when i realized all of this. I then went to the front desk to see if i could atleast get a toilet paper and no one was there. Saturday before checking out my gf spoke to a staff and ask for towel and toilet paper and was told that we have to wait for front desk which really had me upset. When checking out at 11 there was still no Staff for Sands and Blue Seas at the front desk. I love the property but some of the staff is driving this place to the ground. I would’ve rather stayed in the mountains and wipe my as*with grass because of how we was treated. NO TOILET PAPER ,REALLY!!!!! And if you want to know who it is,we just checked out of the reggae suit yesterday.

On a budget in Negril

I drove around for 45 minutes trying to find the hotels no locals heard of this hotel.There is no signage with hotel name out side property unbelievable. Hotel name is inside lobby which it shares with other hotel. I was told my reservation was canceled by Expedia and they were not expecting me. I have contacted Expedia. The front desk area needs to be painted not very comforting my personal information was left at the desk when we were escorted to my room. I had to tell her to please put my information away when I came back by the lobby. 6 days I had no hot water to shower ran showerfor 30 minutes still cold . They advertised beach lounge chairs available . Every morning I went to the beach I could not find chairs to use. The tenants and owners of the properties go to the beach early in the morning and put their towels on the lounge chairs . I noticed about 20 broken lounge chairs stacked up.The owner of the restaurant on the beach was outstanding fixing us to nice lobsters dinners. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. My room number was 24 overall condition of the room was good. You could walk to get breakfast, lunch or dinner. Good location.

The property is right by the beach which is good. Its pretty close to supermarkets. There's a bar and restaurant on property and many more close by. The unit was very clean. However, it was lacking in kitchen essentials. If your major interest is the beach then this is a great budget option for accommodation.

First room we had extremely small not big enough for 3 people after 3 now nights in room asked to be changed. Never even had trash bags in room. Stayed at NBC numerous times think should not be used for 3 people way to small. Also would have been nice to have a patio table or one in the room. Didn’t see staff much to say anything about them.

We really loved our stay in Negril. The location was amazing, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to everything. Being right next door to Travellers was also very convenient. The room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. They were very friendly and hardworking. The restaurant food was really tasty, and my daughter especially loved the fried chicken. Overall, the property felt safe, and everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. There were a few challenges that affected our experience. Communication was not very responsive. We ran out of toilet paper, and it took about 15 hours to receive more. One night, our TV malfunctioned and would not turn off, and there was no option to get help after 4:00 pm. We also did not receive beach towels until the day before we left, which was disappointing given the beachfront location. Despite those issues, we had a great stay overall and would still recommend this hotel for its location, friendliness, and atmosphere.
