"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"

"Like it has to be a 5 Star InterContinental worldwide. Service, A+++ Reception staff incredible. Housekeeping the best. Rest & Bar extraordinary. Location the best in Osaka; near to the Osaka Station, so you can go wherever you want by train. Kyoto, Kobe, Nara and more. The city is spectacular. Concierge team one of the best. The follow my request for certain restaurants and the suggestions as well as the think will fit perfectly for us. AGAIN ONE OF THE BEST! "
