Great location in Umeda close to the metro, shopping and dining options. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Room is a good size, nice linen and towels. Great view from the room. Real treat to have free drinks and snacks every evening in the lobby bar area too. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, good location.

Good location close to Hankyu, stores and restaurants. Best of all, there was an open bar every evening for hotel guests. It's a tad expensive but the rooms are also more spacious than most hotels in Japan

Best hotel to stay at in Osaka. The staff are so friendly we were respected and had the most amazing service. The front desk ladies and the barman provided unbeatable service. The views during 3 hour happy hour every evening (unlimited free drinks) out on the terrace is unbeatable. Everything about this place is phenomenal.

The staffs were all helpful and accommodating, and even called us to see if we wanted our room to be cleaned. We had the breakfast deal during our stay and the food was exceptional, the waitress and staffs were exceptional and by day 2 they knew all of our orders without saying a word. The property was within walking distance to the shopping malls, metro and restaurants which made is so great. I would definite book with Harmonie Embrassee Osaka the next time we are in Osaka for sure!! i

A great hotel choice for the northern part of Osaka (Kita ward). We had the King Suite and it was awesome value. Very spacious and a little luxury at an affordable price. Staff were great, location is good (less than 10 mins to trains, dining and shopping). Would recommend over the international brands for better value.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Harmonie Embrassee Hotel! Staff was friendly and very helpful. I love that took their time out of their day to blow up balloons to place on the beds, folded up a cute character out of a hand towel and wrote a birthday card greeting. The hotel is also located in a ver convenient location close by a train station, shopping malls and eateries. Highly recommended

Absolutely the most lovely experience and property we stayed at in our visit to Japan. A wonderfully polite staff showed us to our room personally. The tub and view of the city... OMG. Incredible. A lovely happy hour on the terrace closed a great day out in this huge city. We will definitely be returning at a future date and staying longer. Arigato Gozaimasu!
