"In the heart of Namba. Never stayed at an APA hotel and resort before. There are 6 of these hotels in Osaka alone. A large hotel with hundreds guests. Elevator constantly stopping on different floors so takes a while to get to your hotel room. "The property was located right in the shopping area of Osaka with dontonbori a couple minutes walk. The rooms were clean and the only downside was on the floor I was placed on the hall smelled like tobacco. My room was a non smoking room and I’m not sure if they have some smoking rooms available or not but it did have a light smell of it. Overall the staff were amazing. The room was clean and they had great amenities, toothbrush, wash cloth, razor, hair restraint. Overall would come back. "
