"The APA Hotel is very convinently located to public transportation making it easy together around Osaka. The rooms are small by US standards, if you have lots of luggage it could be hard to store. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were the worst I ever had in any hotel. They felt like a foam rubber that had been run over by a steamroller. Very uncomfortable. If I ever go back to the hotel I would bring a pillow."

"Some cleaning staff stole my new burgundy dress and matching pair of heels during my stay. I realised once I left the hotel. I have since not heard back from the hotel about any lost items. It was an expensive dress and that was the one that got stolen from my room along with new heels."
