This centric location is right in the middle of shopping streets, a huge Don Quixote, Department stores , restaurants etc. There was construction going on next door but it wasnt noisy. The cabs line up in front of the hotel and there are 2 close subway stations at either end of the hotel.

Dear Cross hotel staff, thank you for the wonderful stay ! The staff are very helpful and friendly , and the hotel is very convenient located next to the glico sign . Breakfast also offers a wide variety and we love the section ! Room is clean and they even provided an excellent Dyson hairdryer too! We highly recommend this hotel ! Our boy lost an important item in the room , and we hope to find it . Can you please provide the email for lost and found ? The SMS cannot be sent to my Canadian phone number . Please help.
