Great location, friendly staff at the front desk and solid AC in the room. Bed is pretty stiff and only one pillow was unfortunate but doable for the one night we were in Osaka. Excellent location, a 10 minute walk to Dotonbori and lots of shopping.

The location is excellent—just a short walk from one of Osaka’s largest shopping districts. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel requires both key cards to be returned at checkout, with a stated fine of ¥2,000 if one is missing. While we felt this fee was quite high for a plastic card, the staff were gracious enough to waive the charge after our request when we accidentally lost one. This policy was unique compared to other hotels we stayed at in Japan. The property also features an extensive collection of Japanese manga and anime books and magazines, which is a nice touch, though unfortunately there were no English editions available for us to enjoy.

The staff were very helpful and the room was cozy and clean! The hotel is located right near Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, which is great for night life and shopping. It is also near a subway station so getting around was very easy. Definitely recommend this room for anyone visiting Osaka!

For the price this place just about fit the bill. Brilliant location and close enough to all of the action. Had a smoking room not by choice which had a nasty lingering smell and the mattresses/pillows were awful. Decent shower and quiet at night. Good amenities and extensive comic selection if that’s your bag

This place was amazing. Great distance from dotonbori, amazing okenonmeyaki spot right across the street (tamatama), friendly staff and great view. The only complaint I had was the bed was hard as hell. Think of it as maybe twice as hard as a APA hotel or a Tokyu Stay hotel.

The check-in process was fast and easy. The staff was kind and always available at the front. Theres a breakfast buffet from 7-930am. Early luggage drop off available with a scale for your convenience. Washer,dryer,toiletries, vending machine, currenncy exchange machine to your avail on the first floor. Many restaurants within walking distance , shinsaibashi and nagahoribashi station both within a 5 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the Daimaru mall and less than 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori and many many more shopping nearby. This hotel is just convenient all around.

You have everything really close to this hotel. Dotobori, Namba, Shinbaishi station walkable even with big luggages and children. Really good breakfast! It will be good to vary a little bit and may have better coffee, but it’s my taste. I’d booked for 4 people and everyday I had to go to reception to ask additional 2 towels, because they only let 2. After claim, on last night, they arrange room correctly. Kids loved the bathtub. Amenities really nice.

In general the hotel is well located but the confort of the mattress isvery low quality, feels not like a real mattress, firm as any normal bed and instead feel like a mat, thiny and not comfortable. This is disappointing because we want to rest very well after walking alongside the city and you expect a normal bit comfy bed

Excellent locatin. Short walk to subway and to shopping/dining/entertainment. Hotel is new,clean with polite and helpful staff that can communicate in English. Negative- beds are rock hard and small. If you plan to share bed with your spuse or a child - don't do it! We put our 12 year old on one bed and tried to sleep on another - it was a nightmare! We are not large people, but it was just too narrow to even lay side by side on our backs without having arms hanging off the bed. Also, room is tiny, we had our suitcase open in the entry hallway and it was not letting us to open the entry door fully so we had to slide sideways to get in and out of the room. There was no other/better place to put our suitcase. But, its like this in many japaneese hotels so, no big deal. Breakfast was nice with good selection and sufficient sitting. Overall would stay again but only with no less than one bed per person!
