This was a fantastic hotel stay. Room was immaculate and comfortable. One of the best sleeps ever. The breakfast was phenomenal. Close to everything including a 24 hour aeon mart just beside it on the ground floor. Easy walking and access to train via elevator or stairs.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.
