"Hotel Apa was really clean and had good amenities but the situation with the elevators is a bit of a challenge we stayed Saturday and Sunday night and on Saturday night the line to go up to your room was about 60 people. There are 12 elevators half that go up to the first 21 floors and the other half the top but there was a lot of congestion. Same for leaving in the morning it took on average about 10 minutes to get an elevator. It’s a massive tower so it makes sense but a challenge none the less."
"Lovely hotel, well located in business district near subway. Good size rooms, nice features like gym and laundromat.
Needs room service option and restaurant menu is a bit pretentious for the class of hotel."
"Clean rooms with large, warm showers. The lobby is also clean and has all the amenities you could need. Rooms have kettles, pajamas, hair dryer, shoe cleaning supplies, and safes. Water and ironing rooms available. Staff is helpful and communicates in English well."
"This was the best Hotel we stayed at in Japan and the Hyatt Regency in Tokyo was really nice. We stayed in room 3009, which had incredible views. If you can ask for this room, so spacious and with all the toiletries you won’t need to bring any of your own. A 10 to 15 minute walk and you’re in the middle of everything. Taking some of the less traveled streets you can find some great restaurants, but if you want to take the night off the hotel restaurants on the top floor are a good option."
