"Room is spacious and clean. Efficient staff specially front desk. Hotel is above the Namba station. There is an adjoining Store for grocery, pharmacy and other essentials. It’s a 13 min walk to Dotonbori."

"This is a lovely hotel in the middle of the entertainment district of Namba and within easy walking distance to Dotonbori. There are numerous great restaurants and bars close by and Namba walk with all its shopping is approx 50 metres from the hotel. You can easily walk from Namba Station via the underground walkway which makes it very convenient depending on weather. The hotel has complimentary laundry facilities and the guest lounge is great with complimentary alcohol and snacks. The buffet breakfast is delicious with a variety of food options but at 3,600 yen per person there are cheaper options nearby."

"We booked two rooms and both rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location of the hotel is perfect for us, it is near Namba park, quiet, safe but still within walking distance to transportation. There are many shoppings, cafes and dining options around the areas. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Osaka in the future. Highly recommended!"

"The room was clean and well organized, which I appreciated. However, the biggest downside was the strong unpleasant odor in the room. There was a musty, stale smell that made the air feel far from fresh, and we found ourselves using air freshener throughout our stay just to make the room more comfortable. If the hotel could address the odor issue and improve the air quality in the rooms, it would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, the smell was difficult to ignore and significantly impacted our stay."
