The staff were extremely friendly! Nice clean rooms and a good amount of space. Only downside was that our room had a window facing the street and the nightlife was extremely loud. Might need to look into sound proofing windows. Other then that was a great place to stay.

Honestly, the best hotel I stayed in during my stay in Japan! Staff were so kind and very helpful. Also, the location is quite close to the station and popular shopping/food centers. This hotel was the best from the 4 hotels we stayed during our vacation in Japan. The room was very spacious and very elegant (even with a sofa), the location amazing and the staff so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality at a great price👍

This is an amazing hotel. The architecture is fantastic. I would’ve given it five stars but the traffic noise from our room was not good. I did book a room with Osaka view room. Great view but highway below our window. I recommend for a quieter room get on the other side of the building. And then I would definitely give five stars. The staff at reception are absolutely beautiful and so helpful. The location is brilliant to access the railway stations and there’s a lot of good eating places around. Easy walk to shops.
