"A very convenient place as it is an easy walk to JR Osaka Station. If bad weather, it is easy to go underground and can walk to lots of places . The staff are very friendly and helpful too. I will definitely come back again on my next visit to Osaka"

"This was a great stay. The hotel was very nice. The staff were great, however not all understood English very well. We used the washer dryer combo and our clothes were still wet. These rooms are smaller than American hotel rooms. I would come here again"

"Really smooth check-in process and staff spoke sufficient English. Can book luggage transfer online w a QR code, they provide a pamphlet. Also hold your luggage behind doors. Provide water, ice, laundry (need to pay), pajama nightgown, and coffee/tea. Great water pressure, super quiet considering it’s in the middle of dotonbori. Would stay here again definitely!!"

"Some cleaning staff stole my new burgundy dress and matching pair of heels during my stay. I realised once I left the hotel. I have since not heard back from the hotel about any lost items. It was an expensive dress and that was the one that got stolen from my room along with new heels."
