"Excellent staff and service. Has laundry facilities and buffet breakfast hotel restaurant. Located in Umeda with excellent subway lines to all major attractions. Lots to do in the area as well. Easy to find as linked to Yodobashi-Camera building. Would’ve liked cotton swabs and pads as part of the amenities."

"This was a great stay. The hotel was very nice. The staff were great, however not all understood English very well. We used the washer dryer combo and our clothes were still wet. These rooms are smaller than American hotel rooms. I would come here again"

"Really smooth check-in process and staff spoke sufficient English. Can book luggage transfer online w a QR code, they provide a pamphlet. Also hold your luggage behind doors. Provide water, ice, laundry (need to pay), pajama nightgown, and coffee/tea. Great water pressure, super quiet considering it’s in the middle of dotonbori. Would stay here again definitely!!"
