The room was amazing and very comfortable it felt like a home away from home ! I would gladly stay here again the staff was so friendly and kind and accommodated to our every need going above and beyond our expectations, breakfast was amazing

The room was spotless, the staff are so accomodating and friendly. Again thank you for the effort of lending us a shower chair. The place is not only family friendly but also disability friendly. Looking forward to coming back soon. We had a great stay!!!!

The best hotel i stayed at during my trip to Osaka, everything and i mean EVERYTHING was perfect! Super nice staff, large/spacious rooms, the view was amazing and the food from the Rex restaurant was sooo good! I loved it, ill be back!

Great facilities, right near USJ. Customer service was so good, everyone was so polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, loved our stay.

Room was clean as expected of most Japanese establishments. Staff was as friendly and accommodating as possible. The provided buffet was very delicious. The only knock is that the rooms are outdated. Regardless, clean room, hot showers and a bed by a bayside window is enough for any traveler.

A great place to stay for families with kids of all ages, especially if visiting USJ next door for multiple days. The nearest train station is right across the road and the ferry to Tembokan Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium area leaves from directly in front of the hotel, as well as another tour. Breakfast was always fresh and plentiful, staff absolutely lovely and everything in our room was clean and comfortable. Amenities are excellent also, eco friendly where possible. A great stay in Osaka!
