"This hotel was lovely. It was had historical charm, but completely updated and clean. The shampoo, lotion, soaps provided were very nice and of good quality. The room was spacious and loved the antique vibes."

"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. It was perfect 6-7 minute walk to the station and close to a family mart and dotonbori "

"Very close to USJ & the citywalk area. Clean rooms, staffs were friendly and helpful during check-in/out. Amenities were good - beside the usual bathroom amenities, water dispenser, microwave on every floor, coin laundry, currency exchange machine. The daily free simple cafe beverages were good too."
