Amazing - walking distance to Dottonbori but in a quiet area. The hotel is beautiful and so clean plus SUPER spacious. First time travelling to Japan and if I went back I would without a doubt stay here again!!

Hotel LEBEN was a beautiful, clean and efficiently designed hotel. We enjoyed all the amenities such as room wear, slippers, face wash, face masks etc. The staff were friendly and seemed they all spoke at least two languages. The hotel was busy with lots of tourists, the elevators were a little busy during check out but other than that it was a very convenient area with clean and sleek designed hotel.
Literally 7-11 right across the street from the hotel! Can it get any better than this?!

Absolutely love this property. Rooms are clean and hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In walking distance of some many shops and eatery’s. The rooms are spacious for a family of 4.
