Spacious room and very comfortable. Within 10mins walk to the Shijo dori main shopping area, Teramachi and Nishiki markets maybe 12mins. Lots of bus stops within a short walk An excellent coin laundry just a couple of doors up the street and a seven eleven around the corner.

Great experience overall. The hotel room had everything we needed including a microwave oven and a washer-dryer machine. Super specious. The location was not bas (about 10 minute walk from a station). In general we enjoyed it as it made us feel like we had our own little apartment in Osaka.

"This is a great property. Great service and great value. Good breakfast buffet. The only reason I gave 4 stars are the beds are firm which is good for some not for side sleepers. Can't fault the place too much for that. The staff was amazing."
