Of all of the hotels I stayed at while in Japan, this was my favorite. Fantastic location! I could have spent a week just exploring the train station where the hotel is located. It has such beautiful architecture, great food/shopping, and many interesting things to see and do like the light show on the staircase. The rooms were very nice and the customer service was great. Highly recommend!

I used to stay here on business trips and knew nice places was. The aff was excellent and when asked to get taxi, the staff accompanied us to the 1st floor from 19th and got us tax. Where I lost my card key, they gave me extra card at no charge. Also, very convenient place for restaurants, many restaurants nearby

I highly recommend this hotel as a home base! It made going out in the morning, coming back to the hotel for a couple hours in afternoon and then going back out so easy. The staff are so friendly! The breakfast was good but did get a bit repetitive on my fourth day as it doesn’t change. I would 100% stay here again!

Relatively a 3 star hotel at Osaka Station. Location wise good for travelling as it is in central station area. Diamaru / Hankyu bid department stores nearby. However one thing I am not so pleased with is hotel Engineering Department is closed during night time as I have a choked in bathtub and no one can come and have to change my room. Breakfast a bit tired if you are staying for more than 5 days because there is no change in menu for the breakfast buffet each day.

The room on the 27th floor was one of the best I’ve had. The hotel is in a great location and the amenities were superb. The location in the train station was amazing, with endless food choices, and anything you might need. And of course, the Japanese people we interacted with were amazing. This includes all of the hotel, staff, store personnel and just people we met on the street. Loved the experience…
