"We loved the traditional onsen at the top floor, must follow Japanese onsen rule which is fine, we use it every night which help us with our fatigue from all the traveling during the day. "Customer service was excellent! The staff all spoke English and were very nice and extremely helpful. Rooms were small and very difficult to live in with 2 suitcases, but overall fairly pleasant place. You have to get the subway to get anywhere.
