"This hotel offers excellent amenities and staff service was great! It is located outside of the busier tourist areas in Osaka, which is exactly what we wanted. There is a Family Mart on the street level of the hotel as well as a bakery which seemed to be frequented by the locals. One of the train lines is located at street level, and the other station is about a 7-10 min walk away. Our room was clean, and on the smaller side compared to Tokyo, but this is to be expected. Our room was tidied daily, and this service was good. Front desk staff offered the best service, and the hotel amenities included face masks. Overall, this hotel fit our family’s travel needs and we will likely stay here again. "

"The location is 5 stars. Covered walkway to Osaka Train Station, easy for travellers with luggages. In a building where Uniqlo and host of products resides. Lots of food option within the same building. Pokemon store at Dimaru which is 5 mins covered walkway walking distance. "
