The property is new and everything is clean and spotless. The room is adequately sized and comfortable for a family of 4. Service staff were attentive and helpful. Location is just a short 5 minute stroll to the main Namba shopping street and another 8 min stroll to Dotonbori. Will definitely recommend this property for your stay in Osaka.

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Issues with the room design, it is hard to get to bed specially the ones on the floor as you can easily hit your head hard. Lack of adeqaute wardrobe and hangers for four persons. No racks to leave washed dishes in the kichenette. Slow elevator. There are several positive points as well, like the free coffee and nice location close to Namba station.

Amazing stay, close to the action of Osaka and short 10min walk to Dotonbori and the Glico Running Man. Lots of food options in the area as well as shopping. Short 5min walk to Osaka station too. We were disappointed to leave

My family of 5 only stayed one night wish we had time to stay a little longer. The staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and considerate of us they let us check in a bit early as it was cold with our little kids. Lots of shops around. Our room was modern with a great view-you can open the windows a bit, we haven’t been to a hotel where you can open windows yet- cute rooftop view. Had all amenities. We would stay here again.
