Beautiful room, helpful staff, and great amenities like add on breakfast, luggage shipping to next in country destination and easy laundry machines. Lovely room perfect for winding down and relaxing after a busy day traveling. For a Japanese hotel room there was also plenty of room. Really nice lobby to hangout in downstairs with a solid luggage storage facility for pre/post check out. The staff were helpful and communicated well with us and our limited japanese.

A seriously great stsy in the heart of Osaka. Rooms are on the smaller side but nothing unmanageable. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower room was amazing. The staff are all friendly and welcoming, and the downstairs complimentary tea, coffee and drinks is a nice touch. Would absolutely stay again.
