This hotel was brand new and very clean! It had easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the park. Our kids loved it since it was right next to the park. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Check in and check out was easy using the kiosks, the hotel is very nice and modern with good amenities. The hotel is not directly connected to Osaka station or Osaka-Umeda, it is another 8-10 min walk via sky bridge.

New hotel opened on 21/3/2025, easy access from Osaka station ,next to the hotel is the shopping mall ,a lot of restaurants and shops also a spa .I will definitely stay here again

This hotel was perfect for us. We stayed for 3 weeks at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone going to Osaka. The rooms were clean and classy, and so was the facilities. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming at all times. The area, with close access to the station (and nice shopping and dining areas) was very convenient. We had some concerns regarding noise, since it’s so central located, but the rooms are isolated and we were never bothered by any kind of outside noise. Very happy to have chosen this hotel for our first trip to Japan. Thank you!
