"Room was clean , big enough , good water pressure . The location is great with the station , a supermarket and a Family Mart downstairs. Easy walk to Donbontori. Would stay here again in Osaka"

"Beautiful property and amazing views, nice location away from the hustle & bustle. Only con would be the advertised French restaurant on-site, the prices were expensive and buffet was sub par. We were celebrating a 75th birthday and it just did not meet expectations."

"This hotel was conveniently located. It is connected to both the Osaka and Umeda stations, and is right beside a shopping mall, Uniqlo and Yodobashi Camera. We used their laundry facility which was very convenient. I wanted to give it a perfect score but when we checked in, there was a drop/stain on the toilet seat that they may have forgotten to wipe. We checked in late and we were so tired that we just decided to let it go and we don’t really like to complain too. Otherwise, great hotel and quick check in and out. Wonderful view, too! Saw the city and water views which were a plus. We would definitely stay here again."

"two groups of family stayed here for 5 nights. everyone love it here. very convenience. 7-11 inside the building, shopping and restaurants are in walking distance. bus station to airport is across the street from the hotel. a lot more simpler to ride a bus to the airport than riding the train. love the sauna and spa. Will Def. stay here again."
