Great hotel, our stay was very comfortable! Was able to do laundry during our stay. The ice machine on the 4th floor was so helpful and we were on the 18th floor which had the water dispenser , so every morning, we were able to fill up our water bottles before a day of adventure! Room was small but we managed. We were 2 adults and 2 young children. The buffet was amazing!! They had a “premium” coffee machine that was delicious! Also walking distance to Shin-Osaka station which has the JR lines and Shinkansen, super convenient !

I enjoyed my stay here. The standout feature was the room size, much more spacious than typical hotels in the area. The facilities are well-maintained. Location-wise, it’s a straightforward 10-minute walk to Shin-Osaka Station, which made catching the Shinkansen very easy. It's also well-connected to the Osaka Metro, making local sightseeing a breeze. The staff were consistently friendly and professional. A reliable choice for anyone visiting Osaka!

Great property, had an area to bring take out food and eat (like a lunch room) with coffee and soft drinks. Lots close by and walkable to Shin-Osaka. For families recommend 2 rooms side by side for access - there is not much space for luggage and bonus it makes you feel like you have your own space.
